Privacy Policy

BC Capital Group ("BC Capital", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain the personal data you provide through our online job-application form and related recruitment activities.

1. Data we collect

When you apply for a position with us, we collect the personal data you provide in the application form, which may include:

• Identity and contact data — your name (Thai and English), date of birth, sex, height and weight, national ID number and expiry, nationality, addresses, phone number, email address and emergency-contact details.
• Application data — the position and job category applied for, expected salary and available start date.
• Education and employment data — your educational background, qualifications, work history and skills.
• Your résumé/CV, if you choose to attach it.

Sensitive personal data (PDPA Section 26)

The application form also collects sensitive personal data as defined under Section 26 of the PDPA, specifically:

• Religion
• Health information (including any chronic illness you disclose)
• Criminal-record information

We collect this sensitive data only where it is relevant to assessing your suitability for a role and only with your explicit, separate consent, which you give via a dedicated checkbox on the application form. You are not obliged to provide sensitive data; however, some roles may require certain health or background information for lawful occupational, safety or regulatory reasons.

2. Purpose of processing

We process your personal and sensitive data for recruitment purposes only — to receive, review and assess your application, to contact you about your application and the recruitment process, and, where you are hired, to begin onboarding. If you opt in, we may also contact you about future job openings.

3. Lawful basis

Our lawful basis for processing your personal data — and, for sensitive data, our basis under Section 26 — is your consent, which you provide when submitting the application form. You confirm your email address through a confirmation link before your application is finalised.

4. Data retention

We retain your application data for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted, unless (a) you are employed by us, in which case the relevant data becomes part of your employment record, or (b) a longer period is required by law. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we will delete your data unless we are legally required to keep it.

5. Disclosure

Your data is accessed only by BC Capital's authorised recruitment and hiring personnel and, where relevant, the hiring business unit within the group. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to:

• access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability; and
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer consider your application.

ข้อมูลอ่อนไหว (มาตรา 26)

แบบฟอร์มยังเก็บ ข้อมูลอ่อนไหว ตามมาตรา 26 ของ PDPA ได้แก่ ศาสนา ข้อมูลสุขภาพ (รวมถึงโรคประจำตัวที่ท่านเปิดเผย) และ ประวัติอาชญากรรม เราเก็บข้อมูลนี้เฉพาะเมื่อเกี่ยวข้องกับการพิจารณาความเหมาะสมของตำแหน่งงาน และเฉพาะเมื่อได้รับ ความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งแยกต่างหาก ผ่านช่องทำเครื่องหมายเฉพาะในแบบฟอร์ม ท่านไม่มีหน้าที่ต้องให้ข้อมูลอ่อนไหว

2. วัตถุประสงค์

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อ วัตถุประสงค์ในการสรรหาบุคลากรเท่านั้น — เพื่อรับ พิจารณา และประเมินใบสมัคร ติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับใบสมัคร และเริ่มกระบวนการรับเข้าทำงานหากท่านได้รับการคัดเลือก หากท่านยินยอม เราอาจติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งงานในอนาคต

3. ฐานทางกฎหมาย

ฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่าน รวมถึงข้อมูลอ่อนไหวตามมาตรา 26 คือ ความยินยอม ของท่านที่ให้ไว้เมื่อส่งใบสมัคร

4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

เราเก็บข้อมูลใบสมัครของท่านเป็นเวลา 24 เดือน นับจากวันที่ส่งใบสมัคร หลังจากนั้นจะถูก ลบอย่างปลอดภัย เว้นแต่ท่านได้รับการจ้างงาน หรือกฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

ข้อมูลของท่านจะเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่สรรหาบุคลากรที่ได้รับอนุญาตของบีซี แคปปิตอล และหน่วยธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

6. สิทธิของท่าน

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิในการ เข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ จำกัด/คัดค้าน การประมวลผล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และ ถอนความยินยอม ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่กระทบต่อการประมวลผลที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายก่อนการถอน การถอนความยินยอมอาจทำให้เราไม่สามารถพิจารณาใบสมัครของท่านต่อไปได้
